Whenever the weather gets dry and windy, i get a sinus infection. Unmedicated, I suffer from chronic sinusitis and am sick 4x+ a year and end up needing steroids or antibiotics. Since I’ve been on this supplement, I haven’t needed antibiotics or steroid inhalers. It’s not a miracle cure but I really do think it helps.
